In 2011 Attorney Winner, at the age of 35, was elected the youngest Partner/Member at Seiller Waterman LLC, one of the 10 largest law firms in Louisville, Kentucky.

In 2009 Attorney Winner was elected the Chairperson of the Family Law Section of the Louisville Bar Association.

In 2008 Attorney Winner was named the Vice-Chairperson of the Family Law Section of the Louisville Bar Association.

In 2007 Attorney Winner was invited to participate and graduated from the Louisville Leadership Academy, which is focused on preparing Professionals for Leadership Roles. In 2007 Attorney Winner also received recognition for his work pro bono (free) work done to those in dire financial circumstances.
